ACF AD – Enhance anaerobic digestion efficiency
– Specifically designed for all types of wastewater under anaerobic conditions.
– Enhances the removal efficiency of BOD and COD.
– Reduces H2S, decreases sludge formation, and minimizes odors at the source.
– Improves system efficiency, meeting discharge standards.
COMPONENT:
– Group of heterotrophic bacteria: 2.2 x 108 CFU / ml
– Optional bacteria group: 2.0 x 108 CFU / ml
– Group of photosynthetic bacteria: 1.0 x 108 CFU / ml
– Does not contain Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., E.coli and other coliform bacteria
USES:
– Optimize effective bacterial communities under anaerobic conditions.
– Accelerate the degradation of difficult-to-decompose organic matter, increasing the efficiency of organic matter treatment (COD).
– Enhance biogas recovery efficiency (methane recovery yield over 60%).
– Increase organic load capacity (OLR) and resistance to shock loads.
– Meet discharge standards.
– Improve BOD/COD removal efficiency.
– Reduce H2S levels.
– Decrease sludge formation.
– Mitigate odor issues.
– Modify biomass dynamics.
– Improve overall system efficiency.
– Reduce odor at discharge points.
– Broadly degrade complex organic compounds, including facultative anaerobic bacteria.
– Decrease filamentous organisms.
APPLICATION:
– Enhance anaerobic degradation.
– Treat organic pollutants with high BOD levels (10-30 g/L).
– Maintain as much bacterial biomass as possible.
– Biogas digesters, septic tanks, anaerobic sludge tanks.
RATE & HOW TO USE:
– Culture microbial biomass with ACF-32 for 12-24 hours.
– Introduce into the anaerobic tank of the system by mixing with wastewater.
– Depending on the technological characteristics, composition, and properties of the wastewater, an appropriate dosage will be determined. Contact for technical consultation for advice.
