ACF 32 – Multi-sector wastewater treatment—the flagship product in the environmental treatment microbial line

– Specifically designed to reduce BOD, COD, and TSS in industrial, domestic, urban, rubber, and dye wastewater.

– Reduces sludge volume and manages odors.

COMPONENT:

Group of heterotrophic bacteria         2.0 x 10⁸ CFU/ ml

Group of photosynthetic bacteria       2.0 x 107 CFU/ ml

– Does not contain Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., E. coli, and other coliform bacteria.

– Key strains: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium butyricum, Clostridium sartagoforme, Desulfovibrio vulgaris, Desulfovibrio aminophilus, Geobacter lovleyi, Methanomethylovorans hollandica, Methanosarcina bakeri, Pseudomonas citronellolis, Rhodopseudomonas palustris, and Wolinella succinogenes.

USES:

Multi-sector wastewater treatment:

– Reduces BOD, COD, and SS post-treatment.

– Balances effective microbial communities in activated sludge.

– Reduces the volume of biological waste sludge and breaks down recalcitrant organic matter.

– Adjusts and minimizes odors in wastewater treatment systems.

– Oxidizes nitrogen-containing compounds (nitrification process).

– Reduces microbial death due to shock loading and helps microbes recover quickly after system failures.

Compost:

– Accelerates the breakdown of recalcitrant organic matter.

– Enhances nutrient transformation into readily usable forms.

– Shortens composting time and stabilizes the temperature of the compost mass.

– Reduces odor emissions during the composting process.

Leachate ponds & lagoons:

– Combines with ACF-OC.

– Reduces odors and enhances the breakdown of recalcitrant organic matter.

– Effectively decreases COD and N-NH4+ concentrations after treatment.

Bio-gas digestion:

– Improves biogas yield (% CH4 = 60% – 64%).

– Increases organic loading rate (OLR) in treatment systems.

RATE & HOW TO USE: 

ACF-32 biomass cultivation:

– After 12–24 hours, introduce into the biological tank.

– Dosage may vary depending on the system’s design, wastewater composition, load, and retention time.

SHELF LIFE:

– Unopened: 2 years

– After opening: 2 weeks

– Stored in a cool, dry place; avoid direct sunlight.

– Products containing photosynthetic bacteria: avoid storage in barrels; keep in dark rooms.
